Author: Phoebe Phillips

Phoebe Phillips is the kind of person who can turn a dusty historical fact into a full-blown cinematic experience. Based in beautiful Auckland, New Zealand, she’s often found curled up on the couch, ocean views in the background, baby nearby, dreaming up stories that pull people straight into another world. Her lessons sparkle with imagination, curiosity, and vivid storytelling, blending fascinating real-world facts with a warm, conversational style that makes learning feel like an adventure instead of a textbook.

Phoebe loves exploring history, strange discoveries, and unforgettable human stories through a first-person lens, reimagining moments from the past as if you were standing right there in them. She’s especially passionate about creating lessons that ignite creativity and inspire rich, thoughtful creative writing. If there’s a weird historical detail, an unbelievable true story, or a wonderfully wacky fact hidden somewhere in the world, chances are Phoebe is already halfway through turning it into something magical.

When she’s not writing, she’s juggling life as one of seven siblings, a new mom, a football player, and a drummer, which honestly sounds like the setup for a very entertaining sitcom. After spending a year living in London and travelling across Europe with her husband, she returned home with even more stories to tell and a determination to finally learn French… although, according to Phoebe, she can still only manage a few sentences. Très chic anyway.
