Refund Policy

(aka what happens if things go sideways)

At The Lesson Shelf, we’re all about sharing smart, sparkly resources that make life easier for educators, spellers, and everyone in between. But hey, sometimes even in our pastel-perfect world, hiccups happen. So here’s the official lowdown on refunds:

Digital Products Are Final Sale

All our products are digital downloads, which means as soon as they land in your inbox (or downloads folder), they’re yours forever. Like memes and glitter, once they’re out there, we can’t really take them back. So generally speaking, all sales are final.

But Wait – There Are a Few Exceptions

We will consider a refund if:

  • You accidentally bought the same item twice (we’ve all double-clicked in a panic).
  • The file is corrupted or totally wonky and we can’t fix it.
  • Something weird happened during checkout that caused a tech meltdown.

If that sounds like your situation, email us at thelessonshelf@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Your name
  • The order number (check your confirmation email)
  • The product in question
  • A short explanation that’s honest but doesn’t require violin music

We’ll review your request with kindness and caffeine, and if approved, we’ll refund the payment back to your original method within 5 to 10 business days.

Having Trouble Accessing Your Files?

Before you start crying into your keyboard, email us! We’re always happy to help troubleshoot. Whether it’s a download link that went AWOL or a PDF that won’t open, we’ll do our best to fix it faster than you can say “why is this happening to me?”

A Quick Note from Legal Land

This policy may get a glow-up from time to time. Be sure to check back before you buy, just in case we’ve added new sparkles or fine print.

Still unsure? Just holler. We’re real humans and we’re here to help, not hide behind scary T&Cs.

With love, clarity, and downloadable goodness,
The Lesson Shelf Team 💻✨
